We have a couple things cooking right now and for the small (but growing everyday) number of dedicated modelers that are coming to this board to cut through
the B.S. and get things done, I will leak them here first.
1. We all got a sneak peak at some dash details on Joe Kelly's video that for whatever reason did NOT make it onto the production release of the Elite car even though that's what he was supposedly showing off. Now the going theory is that they are a few details that are going to be on the super elite. That would be nice. I have a beautiful detect-o-scope ready to be put into development but if HW made a better one for the S.E. it would be silly to put ours into production until we saw what it looked like.
But wait, you say, some of us aren't going to be able to afford the Super Elite and we want new parts for our pimped models!
Of course you do.
What we're planning on doing is to level the playing field a bit.
We have decided to wait the 4 more weeks (approx) before we release our upgrade parts set.
And here's why: What if someone molded and cast every worthwhile part from the S.E. release and made them available for ANY of the batmobile versions? Would that be of interest to some of you? Well let's just see what HW does first and then we'll see about that.
2. Our first seated figure set is sold out. That's the bad news. The better news is that there are new developments happening for figure set #2. I can't say what or when just yet, but I guarantee you will all know first. You'll definitely know HERE, not on another board or site. And you'll get first crack at them. Scoopy enough?
